Grade Examinations

Practical grade examinations and Musicianship assessments/examinations are an important and integral part of learning in a conservatoire environment, and they help staff to monitor students’ progress.

Practical Grade Exams

Practical Grade Exams take place in December.  Initial and Primary examinations for Keyboard and Orchestral Studies take place twice each year, usually in December/January and May/June.
